To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次來葵涌Life@KCC 晚餐，今次來到一間新派素食餐廳。 打開餐牌就被他們推介的海南雞飯吸引著，所以就馬上點了一個來品嚐。 海南雞飯不但賣相不錯，而且配搭的醬汁也很讚！ 有梅醬、醬油和薑蓉。海南雞其實是手工腐皮來的，雞皮極顯心思，根據老闆分享，他們是用了黃薑粉再加澄麵造做的，創意十分！ 飯是黃薑飯，因為是素的緣故，少了雞油的油膩感，更粉粉分明、香Q美味！ 餐牌上還有其他選擇，可惜胃置有限，如果再來，會想試試店員大推的羊腩💖
