今日放工,約朋友到形薈地下,《一家》上海菜館食晚飯,菜館裝潢古色古香,打卡位多,座位寬濶舒適。我們點了前菜樱花蝦麻醬秋葵,秋葵新鮮,加麻醬和樱花蝦鹹香,味道好夾。另外,我們order黑醋排骨同三鮮兩面黄,排骨一啖一嚿,酸甜開胃,三鮮兩面黄三鮮材料分別有蝦仁、雞粒及冬菇片,將材料淋在炸成薄脆麵餅食,層次十分豐富。一人一杯特色手搖茶飲,我揀咗善良姨婆:熱情果、百里香伯爵茶,鬼馬三叔:椰子芝士奶蓋紅豆抹茶,比一般台式飲品少甜健康。甜品缸鴨狗玫瑰桂花湯圓,加入玫瑰花瓣點綴,糯米酒槽清香,流沙芝麻湯圓軟糯,夾雜陣陣酒香😋
