$238 TONKATSU (Iberico Pork Collar with Plum Yoghurt Sauce):Tonkatsu 可以非常大眾化係日本嘅其中一種 Soul Food, 但係要做得講究就可以好講究🤣,例如用咩豬肉、咩Breadcrumbs (日本叫 Panko,Panko 有極多種可以用唔同材料做、不同大細、不同粗幼 等)、用乜油炸(據說用 Sunflower oil 效果最好)、溫度幾多,幾多分鐘,都可以非常講究🤣;做得好嘅 Tonkatsu Breadcrumbs 會形成「Kendachi 剣立ち」效果🤣,睇個名應該都明明哋嘅🤣;呢間餐廳就做得幾香口好食,最特別係有個少少酸少少條嘅 Plum Yoghurt Sauce 可以沾🤣
