Restaurant: Wing Hing Ice Room

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 焗豬扒飯就食得多,呢到嘅焗豬仲要配埋多士盒 上,真係夠晒新奇!

說穿了就係先將多士盒挖空中間,放入蛋炒飯,面頭再鋪上豬扒 同蕃茄醬汁拎去焗,對於中意食包多過食飯嘅草根嚟講,其實幾buy呢個概念,豬扒已經切好晒一條條,食起嚟好方便,整體味道發揮正常,不過芝士落重手d就更好,多士盒未夠脆身,可能先焗左一次,放左飯後再焗效果會更好
而飯量其實冇想像中咁多,不過加埋個厚多士食真係唔洗驚唔飽,2個人share會好d

咖喱牛坑腩意粉 (58)
好地地咖喱牛腩跟飯咪好囉,叫咩意粉啫
港式咖喱一向帶辣味,薯仔同牛腩都炆得夠腍,但牛腩好薄身,口感不足,草根都係覺得大啖大啖先夠滿足

雪山梳乎厘($88)

完美示範如何迫爆mon !!!!都話過要叫埋甜品先滿足,呢個梳乎厘就足足大個2個草根嘅頭!!上層係蛋白,下層係蛋糕,同一般梳乎厘係有分別嫁
蛋白焗到脆身,而下面蛋糕係幾鬆嘅,不過甜味可以再重d,重點係個梳孚厘一拎出嚟已經勁吸睛,個個食客都望住晒👀成為全場焦點冇難度啦!!

細路口味嘅草根餐飲叫左熱好立克,沖得夠熱又夠濃,不錯!
今次新派港式茶餐廳體驗嘅結論係食物概念的確有新意,草根最欣賞個焗豬扒多士盒,但係同時部份食物價錢較進取,要係對手咁多嘅旺角區突圍而出,就需要係質量上爭取表現啦!
