呢日草根一家4口去完花墟買花,知道有間新開嘅冰室主打新式茶餐廳菜式, 行完餓餓地反正都要搵野食,所以決定去試 一試新野!餐廳係太子地鐵站附近,A出口一出轉右就見到,交通都幾方便。坐低見到張Poster大大隻字寫住雪山梳孚厘,飯都未食就諗定要叫甜品,女人真係呢........吉列/煎美國安格斯牛配意粉 ($168) - 連羅宋湯,餐飲 係餐牌見到$168嘅牛扒餐!!!個一刻都嚇一嚇,茶餐廳價錢都咁進取?!好啦,一於等草根會一會佢!牛扒有得揀煎/吉列,煎牛扒就食得多,吉列牛扒的確較少見,所以緊係揀吉列啦~雖然侍應姨姨有問要幾多成熟,而草根叫左5成,但嚟到都係幾乎8-9成嘅算吧!都講過平日去西式餐廳大多數都係煎過火,何況今次草根去嘅係茶餐廳呢?幸好吉列皮唔會好厚,肉質都ok,但味較淡,全靠叫左個黑椒汁調味。有得揀配飯或者意粉,配牛扒都係慣性叫意粉,不過呢到嘅意粉就真係太過腍,可以睇到發脹晒,大家都係叫炒飯穩陣d!焗鮮茄豬扒飯多士盒($68)- 連餐湯焗豬扒飯就食得多,呢到嘅焗豬仲要配埋多士盒 上,真係夠晒新奇!說穿了就係先將多士盒挖空中間,放入蛋炒飯,面頭再鋪上豬扒 同蕃茄醬汁拎去焗,對於中

咖喱牛坑腩意粉 (58)
好地地咖喱牛腩跟飯咪好囉,叫咩意粉啫港式咖喱一向帶辣味,薯仔同牛腩都炆得夠腍,但牛腩好薄身,口感不足,草根都係覺得大啖大啖先夠滿足

雪山梳乎厘($88)
完美示範如何迫爆mon !!!!都話過要叫埋甜品先滿足,呢個梳乎厘就足足大個2個草根嘅頭!!上層係蛋白,下層係蛋糕,同一般梳乎厘係有分別嫁蛋白焗到脆身,而下面蛋糕係幾鬆嘅,不過甜味可以再重d,重點係個梳孚厘一拎出嚟已經勁吸睛,個個食客都望住晒👀成為全場焦點冇難度啦!!

細路口味嘅草根餐飲叫左熱好立克,沖得夠熱又夠濃,不錯!
今次新派港式茶餐廳體驗嘅結論係食物概念的確有新意,草根最欣賞個焗豬扒多士盒,但係同時部份食物價錢較進取,要係對手咁多嘅旺角區突圍而出,就需要係質量上爭取表現啦!
