To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

比起米線，其實我更愛車仔麵，同同事約左好耐終於成功去「何車車仔麵」，今日好餓呀，所以我揀左「老何十餸」.老何十餸油麵 咖哩汁 微辣（豬皮 雞翼尖 雞翼 豬紅 大腸 蘿白 腩肉 肥牛 魚蛋 魚片頭）十個餸就係我杯茶，全部都鹵得入味，腩肉係有d 孜然味，蘿白淋；原湯底係有d中藥藥膳香味，真心高質，食完好飽好滿足。另外分享膳事叫既小食同sour cream雞扒飯，一樣吸引，炸得香口鬆脆。依間車仔面好地，緊貼時事，唯一係食完後個身會有浸油煙味，但絕對要encore.
