從東薈城2期開了之後,開咗好多唔同嘅嘢食,就算喺度行完都可以有多啲選擇揀下食邊間,多元化左,搭完360之後,我哋一家人就去搵中菜食,見到呢度裝修好舒服,好新派,座位又闊,亦都有啲四川嘢食,不過今次我哋叫返一啲傳統小小嘅嘅菜式:水晶蝦餃: 熱辣辣咁,入邊好大隻蝦,好新鮮,個皮唔會一夾就散,個皮都彈牙,入邊嘅肉汁都鎖住咗,食落去好鮮味。蝦籽鮮蝦燒賣:好足料嘅燒賣,上面有啲蝦籽,豬肉唔會太肥,調味適中。鮮蝦炒新竹米粉:估唔到炒得好乾身,其實炒米粉係好考技巧,佢做到唔會油冧冧,每條分明,另外鮮蝦大大隻。瑤柱肉碎浸菜苗:簡簡單單嘅一個上湯浸菜,入邊夾雜瑤柱,肉碎,用時令嘅菜,配上上湯,清清地幾好。
