第一次到訪位於啟德站嘅Airside,原來呢個商場都幾多餐廳選擇,不過因為朋友話想食中菜,所以我地今次就揀左呢間新派中菜🥰餐廳環境以中西合璧設計,雅致華麗✨佢哋嘅菜式除左夠晒精緻之外,味道亦令人回味😍真係好有驚喜👍🏻🌿北寄貝沙薑漬底部配有萵筍絲及蕃茄,北寄貝口感清爽,配上沙薑味道夠哂創新,更能突顯北寄貝嘅鮮甜🌿桔柚黑鱈魚本身好鍾意Cod魚😍魚肉質彈滑,外層亦都煎得好香脆,加入分子料理元素,配合埋桔柚嘅酸甜醬汁,味道夠哂開胃🌿蘋果木燻泰安雞(半隻)打卡首選!賣相與味道並存!泰安雞用蘋果木燻過,一上枱打開蓋已有陣陣煙燻香氣,望落色澤亮麗,雞肉(尤其雞腿部份)好嫩滑🌿嵐月西班牙黑豚叉燒叉燒用左西班牙黑豚去製成,半肥瘦黃金比例食落啖啖肉,外層有點燒焦更顯香脆,內層肉質軟腍!除左蜜汁外,旁邊亦配有紅莓乾,增添左果香甜味🌿新竹米雪場蟹炒桂花內裡用左蟹肉、肉絲、蛋碎、桂花等材料與新竹米粉一齊炒香,材料夠晒豐富,材料偏向以鮮味為主,桂花亦能加強香氣,整到菜式口味清新而不油膩🌿石獅黑麻糕以石獅造型而製成嘅黑麻糕,單體外表已經十分趣緻,除左夠晒彈滑之外,芝麻味亦十分香濃,味道不會太甜,老少皆宜餐廳整體菜式
