香港人一向都鍾意食肉,但偶然中食下蔬菜清下腸胃都係一個唔錯嘅選擇,但無奈素菜選擇唔多,比人感覺沉悶。今次就帶屋企人食下新派素菜,一改大家觀感。素叉燒由麵筋製作而成,不論聞同食嘅味道都同正常叉燒有D相似,好似食緊舊瘦肉叉燒,味道仲有少少似齋燒鵝粒。腐皮卷被煎得香脆,內裏包着大量嘅餡料,有竹笙,榆耳同菇。香口得黎口感亦夠豐富。爽脆嘅翠玉瓜配上素花枝片再加以XO醬爆炒,素花枝片口感有D似蒟蒻,帶有爽口嘅感覺。有松子仁,菇粒,翠肉瓜粒,紅蘿蔔作為配料,再配上黑松露嘅炒飯。飯炒得夠乾身粒粒分明,但亦唔會有油膩感。略嫌黑松露味唔夠突出,不過香口嘅松子仁最令成碟炒飯更加分,增添一股香氣同口感。
