The HK dim sum is very exquisite . "Siu Mai" is one of my favorite dim sum. The vegan version is even better! We have also ordered my favorite and most recommended dish - fried porcini mushroom with vegan egg, "eggs" made with bean curd skin, it's just like egg, I ordered it every time I come!It is a pity that "The Veggie" will be closing soon on 3rd July, 2019. 一家人吃生日飯,所選日子踫上農曆十五,配合長輩初一十五茹素的習慣,安排在尚素晚飯。一般素食餐廳都是明明亮亮的,這邊燈光昏黃,有趣。作為涼菜,苦瓜油香足,但欠脆度及甘甜,似乎醃太久了。再來一道蜜汁叉燒,叉燒經過煎?烤?焗?香、甜、滑,有驚喜。鮮魷同樣帶來驚喜。新鮮熱辣,外脆內嫩,還有點兒彈牙,再來一客 吃了兩道味濃的小吃,換上燴素翅,正好中和一下味蕾。羹湯濃稠適宜,竹生清香爽脆,其它配料便給比下去了。作為"三杯"菜式,不濃,不咸,不甜香 多士稍油,但附帶的沙律醬(不確定是不是蛋黃醬) 温和微酸,略帶山葵刺激感,減輕了多士的膩。 (這個沙律醬用來配酥炸海鹽鮮魷也很好吃) 百福袋我自己沒有吃,只吃了伴碟的西蘭花。整頓晚飯竟然沒有一道純蔬菜,點菜時被其他菜色吸引過去了❗️鮮竹及牛肝菌煎得太乾了,還好內裡的紅蘿蔔絲及芽菜等仍帶蔬菜的清甜。這道菜材料非常豐富,包括香菇、蓮藕、芋頭、腐竹、木耳、魚腐......香菇滑,蓮藕爽,芋頭綿...我也愛飾面的唐芹,畢道今晚沒有蔬菜...今晚餐廳大概7成入座率吧,上菜速度及次序是合意的。服務員不會打擾客人,但有需要時能即時提供協助。如果有一碟清炒西蘭花就太好了 😆回頭率:   3.8/5.0 continue reading

餸菜外觀吸引,味道清啖不膩,倘可。價錢亦都算係幾抵食。地點方便易找,枱數不是太多,故此需輪候時間較長。可惜服務員態度惡劣,欠缺職業操守,令客失去再次光顧意欲。有待改善。 continue reading

叫咗個四人餐,份量可以足夠五個人食個上品素湯系紅蘿蔔粟米湯,冇味精,但太鹹黃耳冬瓜羹唔夠熱,味道ok春夏拼盤都幾唔錯,最喜歡個素魷魚,口感都有d似真魷魚,輕微辣同酸,幾開胃苦瓜個味道都幾青新,唔太苦三色串燒👉🏻燒得唔夠香,比較raw food feel餃子煎得夠香,口感豐富成晚最惹味就系呢個咕嚕素肉,個汁唔會太酸,剛剛好👍🏻👍🏻乳香蒸蚌片味道比較淡,口感系似黑木耳吉列白靈菇扒都算炸得唔錯,同個芥末醬都幾match鮑汁黑牛肝菜心,個菜心嘅味道ok,但茶樹菇唔夠入味甜品系普通紅豆沙,完全冇陳皮味以下呢兩個系散叫:呢個台式三杯猴頭菇反而好一般,味道偏淡醬爆茄子都ok,但煮得唔夠香 continue reading
