To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新派素食幾特別前排外母話要食素，我家大大無肉不歡，聽人講呢間唔錯，唯有試下新嘢。鮑魚刺身伴千島田園米紙卷，清新怡人，熱辣辣行到嚟，一食呢個小食，涼快哂。原條靚竹苼蟲草花雞絲翅，好足料，竹生好大，味道適中，不鹹不淡，配合醋食，味道剛好。鮮籚筍雞油菌炒玉帶子，籚筍爽脆，玉帶子爽甜。招牌香橙骨伴酥炸蟹鉗，呢道菜最正，香橙汁酸酸甜甜，好開胃，啖啖肉，又香脆，食唔停口。蠔皇百靈菇黃耳扒西蘭花，呢個好正，d菇好大片，好彈牙，西蘭花爽脆，味道一流。椒鹽鮮准山伴黃金脆鱔，估數到既煮仔，香脆惹味，想一食再食。太極鴛鴦飯，不過不失，醬汁多，唔會滯。菜遠雲吞仔伊麵，湯底清甜雲吞大隻，伊麵彈牙。
