近來香港人著重健康,食素嘅人真喺越嚟越多,而且素食會令到人心境平和,腸胃健康!出名食肉獸嘅我,上次同班麻甩同事食過飯後!喺都唔甘心,點都要試多次依到嘅齋菜!哎呀,其實應該喺素食先啱!仲要喺新派創新素食!今次真正咁試清楚幾款主打菜色!當然頭盤《上海紅油抄手》緊喺唔少得啦!今次熱辣辣咁食,辣味真喺有少少少少刺激,但配上素菜做嘅一口小雲吞,真喺非常吸引,而且好想叫多碟嚟試吓!依個《香酥荔茸卷》真喺好食,雖然經油炸,但都只喺炸香外層,令到整件芋頭餅結實鬆化!味道方面芋頭味道十足,可見用料新鮮香口!依個真喺送飯一流!其實我唔喺咁鍾意蓮藕,因為個種味道太難接受!但依個《圍村蓮藕餅》真喺追上年青人口味,賣相同出面嘅油炸魚餅差唔多,但味道緊喺唔同啦!雖然油炸唔算好健康,但依個做法,我自己又好鍾意食同收落喎!一向都好鍾意食玉子豆腐!依個《黑松露雜菌豆腐》 唔單止食到玉子豆腐,而且仲有好香嘅黑松露香,真喺超正!估唔到素食都可以咁樣表達,果然真喺好新派!《日式野菜秋葵燒餅》真係新派做法,完全適合年青人嘅我,唔同醬汁令到味道唔會咁淡身,而且比起傳統齋菜,真喺幾驚喜!口感真喺好似食緊日式燒咁,煙靭彈牙齒!裏面仲

其實依家嘅素菜,唔似傳統齋菜咁悶,可以有好多新原素同變化!最後每人平均 120 蚊左右!味道,心思,真喺抵食!
