To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時食咗好多唔同種類嘅料理，星期日同媽媽齊齊去食一餐素食。店舖裝修新穎，不似以往的素食店，空間寛敞、明亮，環境、座位闊落舒適。😋餐廳使用QR code點餐，是日選擇：1️⃣燒汁海鮮老鼠粉（配素蠔油娃娃菜）🔸香菇素湯🍽素蝦整得好似真嘅蝦一樣，素魷魚爽口，配埋老鼠粉，越食越想食。香菇素湯，香菇味濃，湯清甜。2️⃣桂花叉燒🍽外皮香脆，桂花味香，醬汁甜甜地，一定要試。3️⃣炸素蝦🍽內裡有粟米、准山…..等製作而成，外脆內軟，令人一口接一口。4️⃣炸素蠔🍽素蠔內裡有海苔，可以提升素蠔鮮味，食落感覺就像蠔一樣味道。5️⃣日式燒鰻魚🍽餐廳自家制之一，外層腐皮脆口，配上醬汁，口感更豐富。6️⃣西柚菠蘿汁🍽食完嘢飲返啖，爽！

🍽素蝦整得好似真嘅蝦一樣，素魷魚爽口，配埋老鼠粉，越食越想食。
香菇素湯，香菇味濃，湯清甜。

2️⃣桂花叉燒
🍽外皮香脆，桂花味香，醬汁甜甜地，一定要試。

3️⃣炸素蝦
🍽內裡有粟米、准山…..等製作而成，外脆內軟，令人一口接一口。

4️⃣炸素蠔
🍽素蠔內裡有海苔，可以提升素蠔鮮味，食落感覺就像蠔一樣味道。
