To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 新派茶樓,以多款原創點心吸引客人。餐廳採用QR code,讓食客自行下單,繁忙時間限時60分鐘交枱。惠顧當日大約中午一點,門口仍然有人排隊,需要等一至兩張枱,樓面服務員相當多,執枱上菜等服務亦非常有效率。《$42 鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣3隻》⭐️⭐️外表同普通燒賣差不多,燒賣上面有小小一點咸蛋黃做識認。一咬落去,咸蛋黃汁爆出黎,相當燙咀,墨魚滑超級彈牙,咬口十足,材料分別都唔錯,但食完沒有覺得咸蛋黃同墨魚好夾既感覺,創新但沒有令人眼前一亮的感覺。《$38 黑金流沙包 3隻》⭐️⭐️⭐️相比傳統茶樓,餐廳的流沙包明顯比較細隻。但由於流沙餡膩感重,食細細個都算係唔錯既選擇,比較細食嘅朋友都唔會食一個就飽左。《$50 脆脆富貴紅米腸粉》⭐️⭐️⭐️好多新派酒樓都有的菜式,腸粉皮薄,包住黃網絲皮同蝦肉,咬落去口感豐富唔油。唔難食,但沒有記憶點。餐廳用左一隻好大既方形碟上菜,包含三款醬汁,泰式辣醬、花生醬、豉油。個人認為點泰式辣醬同豉油都好夾,但花生醬會有點厚重,再搭上腸粉本身有的沙律醬就太多了。《$58 大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷》⭐️⭐️炸物來講算是不過不失,放左落枱好耐都仲好香脆。可能唔想太咸,鮮魷卷只有好淡既蝦醬味,餡料除左魷

好多新派酒樓都有的菜式,腸粉皮薄,包住黃網絲皮同蝦肉,咬落去口感豐富唔油。唔難食,但沒有記憶點。餐廳用左一隻好大既方形碟上菜,包含三款醬汁,泰式辣醬、花生醬、豉油。個人認為點泰式辣醬同豉油都好夾,但花生醬會有點厚重,再搭上腸粉本身有的沙律醬就太多了。

炸物來講算是不過不失,放左落枱好耐都仲好香脆。可能唔想太咸,鮮魷卷只有好淡既蝦醬味,餡料除左魷魚之外仲有少量芫荽,對於討厭芫荽的我來說就麻麻了。

《$58 蟹粉波菜鮮蝦餃3隻》⭐️
餐廳好有心機咁係每隻蝦餃上面都放左不少三文魚籽,但魚籽腥味好重,而且熱食總感覺怪怪的。蝦餃餡好食,滿滿既波菜加上彈牙蝦肉,但就欠缺左一點蟹粉既味道。

坦白講,我相當欣賞餐廳既創意,但接近$60 三粒蝦餃,又沒有令人眼前一亮質素,而且食物選擇種類太少,有種迫人食蒸物既感覺,CP值偏低。
