之前都有黎過SUL JIB 個人黎講都幾鍾意佢地食物正宗得黎又有特色今晚放工之後見到佢有新嘅dinner set menu就黎試試今次就試左Date with korean set 餐廳環境設計以木系作為主題營造左簡約而有高級嘅氛圍韓式前菜醬油帶子配紫菜帶子好厚身又醃得入味醬油味十足仲可以包住紫菜一齊食醬油蝦好大隻嘅蝦肉質爽口彈牙醬油味濃鮮味十足首爾牛肉鍋牛肉肉味濃肉質鮮嫩鍋邊嘅菇仲吸收晒牛肉嘅肉汁韓國辣醬五花肉配生菜五花肉油脂分布平均包住生菜黎食唔單止可以試到另一種風味仲可以減低油膩感海鮮煎蔥餅外層煎得十分香脆同時又充滿海鮮首爾蒸餃有別於一般食開嘅餃子呢款蒸餃泡菜味十足充滿韓風韓式甜辣炸雞醬汁甜甜辣辣所以唔係好食得辣嘅都好易入口炸雞皮脆肉嫩肉質仲係好juicySee you & Lavender seoul
