鐵板八爪魚細細粒。配上香辣醬,咬下去每一口都充滿海鮮嘅鮮味,仲帶有小小辣。送飯或者就咁食都good!

最後最驚喜嘅係首爾和牛牛肉鍋,牛肉切到薄薄一片,份量好多,waiter在你面前幫你煮埋。煮熟後鮮嫩多汁,好夠牛味,湯底清甜,仲配埋唔同嘅菇類。食落去真係好滿足!

總括來講,呢間韓國餐廳嘅食物真係好正,無論係前菜、主菜定係飲品,都充滿心思同創意,值得一試!如果你鍾意modern 韓國料理,真係值得一試👍

今晚我來到了銅鑼灣的 SUL JIB 술집吃晚餐。檯面長這樣。menu長這樣。 ☺前菜包含了泡菜、芽菜等小菜。這裡的泡菜不會很辣,適合不喜歡辛辣的朋友享用。首爾和牛牛肉鍋由職員幫忙燒煮,牛肉很新鮮,搭配各種菇類,讓人一口接一口,十分滿足!!半半煎餅分為兩部分,一半是泡菜口味,另一半是海鮮口味。泡菜的部分不會辣,充滿了韓國特有的風味。海鮮部分則鮮嫩可口,兩者的結合讓這道煎餅更加豐富!!濟洲八爪魚稍微帶有一點辣味,讓味蕾感受到不同的刺激。八爪魚的肉質彈牙,搭配特製的醬汁,很適合喜歡辣味的朋友。Magic Time一款以草莓、soju、牛奶和橘子醬調製的雞尾酒,味道甜甜的,口感滑順,讓人心情愉悅。 Peach Wonder則是以桃子soju、青檸和薄荷葉製作,清新可口。
