To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日嘅時候又係搵食嘅時候😍喺觀塘嘅一間新派點心非常有驚喜,有別於一般幾點心當日我們四個朋友,所以都可以叫多少少試多啲唔同😍首先覺得最吸引就係脆脆富貴紅米腸粉特色點心,第一次食用紅米做嘅腸粉,有少少似炸両,入面係香脆嘅炸蝦餡,食落好香口,配上3款醬食好滋味黑金沙流沙包樣子睇落高貴,有啲酒樓都有得食!最正就係入邊嘅澎湃流沙餡😍肉鬆馬拉糕馬拉糕食得多,但第一次食到咁多肉鬆🤣👅幾得意同埋都幾夾拉絲菠蘿包細少嘅菠蘿包,入邊有芝士雖然拉絲唔算太誇張,但係都食到少少嘅芝士味唔會太鹹章魚肉餅飯分量十足,章魚嘅份量都好多一口鹹水角有別於傳統嘅顏色有綠色加橙色,同埋係圓形蘿蔔絲酥外表脆卜卜,又整得好靚大大粒脹卜卜❤️鹹蛋黃燒賣插着左支旗仔好得意叫小心燙嘴🤣入邊真係有少少鹹蛋黃餡😂本人都幾鍾意食鹹蛋黃所以覺得要試吓,係幾得意嘅馬拉小籠包無傳統咁好食,不過食咗係特別,都可以嘗試下😂
