將軍澳商場入面開店一段日子嘅酒樓,裝修光猛、新潮,相比傳統酒樓,我更加鍾意呢類唔鋪枱布、鵝蛋形枱,甚至有卡座嘅中菜館👍芝麻醬皮蛋豆腐芝麻醬超濃郁,皮蛋偏少,切晒粒,再加百頁豆腐,師傅刀功非常好作為頭盤一流沙薑豬手沙薑用上新鮮貨,切碎再混入蒜茸,淋上汁料,豬手切細粒、一口size,骨少又上味,未到好淋,少少爽口非常正鹹肉炒花菜辣度輕微開胃,椰菜花依然爽脆,鹹肉切得薄薄,所有味道非常融合咕嚕肉菠蘿、三色椒都唔夠肉多,脆漿算高質,放咗一段時間都依然帶少少脆口,咕嚕汁酸甜平衡非常開胃好味燒雞半隻過火,肉質偏乾同老,醃肉入味,唔洗醬油都好夠味清蒸龍躉斑由魚肚位開半,蝴蝶形咁蒸會比較快熟上枱,師傅應該都諗過炒檔時段要加快速度😂至於火候剛剛好,魚大、肉質結實有咬口,魚肉啱啱離骨,不過蒸魚豉油太淡、色淺,吊唔起魚嘅鮮味。。。4人6道菜大約$7xx,超飽!另自己帶酒去唔收開瓶費,打電話問嘅時候,Reception話只有茶杯當酒杯,搞笑地講酒刀唔見咗要自備酒刀😆
