Restaurant: Chill Out Chaozhou Cuisine (The Grid)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友公司附近開了間新餐廳是吃新潮潮州菜,我當然要去幫襯下啦!內裡裝修設計很新潮舒服,門口掛著靚靚水晶燈有別一般吃潮州菜的特色。滷水鵝片鵝片每一塊都很厚身,鵝肉肉嫩滷水汁超濃又入味。韮菜豬紅這款韮菜豬紅有別平時餐廳的做法,吃到濃濃沙嗲醬汁和花生麻醬的味道,醬汁厚厚的包住豬紅很惹味。海蜇手撕雞手撕雞很嫩滑海蜇夠爽脆配上胡麻醬很搭配,還用上青瓜條伴上很清新。潮州蠔仔粥來吃潮州菜唔吃蠔仔粥好像沒有意思吧!蠔仔粥除了有蠔仔之外,配菜也很講究的,肉碎冬菇蔥薑粒炸米和柴魚就是靈魂所在啦!
