To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 馬鞍山又開新餐廳啦!這間是潮式酒家名字也很特別。這裡佈置得很古色古香,感覺很舒服擺設很講究。滷水鵝四拼盤(鵝肉、鵝腎、五花腩肉、紅腸)鵝肉厚實,鵝腎爽脆,五花腩肉很有層次肉鮮甜肥肉爽口不油膩,配料還有滷水蛋同豆腐,每樣都非常入味。蠔仔烙即點即做的蠔仔烙很夠火候,下層煙韌餅底配上層外脆酥炸面夾住中間的蠔仔很特別,吃下有幾種口感。潮式糖醋麵煎得非常之香脆,薄薄的麵餅口感好厚實,可以加沙糖或陳醋吃,酸酸甜甜的糖醋麵同廣東菜煮麵是放湯或撈麵嘅感覺很不同。
