今次搵食在荃灣的一間創意日式店,炸牛炸得牛之餘,當然要食其他炸野又如何啦。因為無預約,去到要得三張枱,留了電話就去隔離廣場走走,約半小時有多就電話到,之後去到坐下,不過廣場到店舖有十分鐘路程,但張枱仲未清理好,真係好忙。唔講咁多,去相。軟殼蟹炸得好,外脆內軟,加上避風塘口味,是喜歡軟殼蟹的朋友必點的選擇。薯絲蝦都炸得幾好,不過比起軟殼蟹就一般左點。主菜來到,主菜加38元可配上定食,芝士味十分重的吉列豬,一定要配上飯,飯上放滿拌飯素,流心蛋十分甜,不過這些重味的食物配上櫻花昆布湯就顯得格外清淡,如果轉做味噌湯就會好點。而吉列牛是對牛肉的另一番感受,加上石燒,可以話一次過實現多個願望,不過黑松露就唔係咁食得出,而且只是普通牛扒,所以有點根和牛味不足。最後結帳446元無加一,三個人都係百幾元是合理,店舖細不過唔多座位,所以十分闊落,不過因為位唔多,所以晚點來要等三四張枱,上菜速度正常,整體都算滿意,如果食物味道可以再改善就更好。
