To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間點心有別於傳統茶樓，見佢款式都多而精緻，所以邀請朋友同我一齊試下。我地四人叫左大概10樣點心，有紅米脆脆腸粉，見佢紅色外面係吱左沙律醬，同平時食開唔同，佢真係好有驚喜，突破左傳統，薄薄既皮，裹面脆口而且有蝦肉，係好夾！黑金流沙包，外皮係黑金色既，裹面係流沙奶黃，呢個只係外表比以往食既既唔同，至於味道上，蛋黃香係夠，但呢個一定要趁熱食！凍左就好難食了！鳳爪拼金錢肚，每次去飲荼都一定會呢兩樣，牛肚夠淋，而且醬汁都係少辣，係幾香口惹味既。肉鬆馬拉糕，呢個都係比較少見，馬拉糕係少甜，但配左咸咸地既肉鬆中和番就岩岩好，而且肉鬆增加左成個糕既口感。拉絲菠蘿包，有３個超迷你既菠蘿包，其實唔係好食到入面有咩特別口味，亦都冇拉絲，唔知個特別位係邊。一口咸水角，有兩隻顏色，真一小口就食完，唔想油膩感咁重可以叫呢個。馬拉小籠包，可能我食唔慣，超重味，而且裹面冇肉汁。總括黎講，呢間點心係唔差，下次有機會再試下其他。
