貴州係個幾可愛嘅地方姨媽話貴州人出名懶但對食倒是講究又熱衷對當地飲食文化較深刻嘅印象係「嗜酸」食粉要酸叫「酸粉」火鍋又要酸叫「酸湯」甚至會以酸代鹽而酸湯又同平時四川酸辣嘅酸唔同佢哋叫經酸湯酸種好自然，醇厚而柔和方叔叔呢個紅酸湯火鍋湯底還原度有9成聞到開胃嘅酸香透著若隱若現嘅辣食酸，貴州人鍾情配牛肉美國prime特級牛胸腹同手切牛都好夾到酸勁亦可以提鮮嚟自中國生蠔之鄉嘅晨洲生蠔肥美飽滿配酸入口愈咬愈清爽另外個人偏愛必點嘅包漿豆腐、黃喉、鱔片、萵苣、魚鰾、脆水母等來串門有午市一人火鍋有6款選擇午餐可以食紅酸湯烚吓烚吓都幾nice嘅～
