To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

搭地鐵上電梯嘅時候，睇到出左新嘢「花膠胡椒雞美線」🍜 去食啦！期間限定遲左有機會無啦！🔸 花膠胡椒雞美線花膠配米線就係「美」線呀👱🏻‍♀️果花膠好大塊，花膠同雞既份量都算多，食左花膠後d膠原有留左係口腔度，一碗米線可以補充左膠原蛋白正呀~我仲加左每次必叫既餸，就係魚腐啦，可以吸下個胡椒湯既味道~個胡椒令到個身暖粒粒😆🔸魚片、竹笙、豬肚平時食開「墨丸」、「魚腐」、「竹笙」，同各方面多咗幾位新成員😆就係魚片、豬肚 ! 魚片嫩滑，豬肚彈牙洗得又乾淨～叫左三哥酸辣5小辣酸酸辣辣，令豬肚更入味🔸蒜香茄子呢個都係新加入左menu既成員~ 茄子上面鋪滿曬蒜蓉🧄，茄子🍆 同蒜蓉上面鋪滿燒過嘅蒜蓉，聞落又香，食落又勁重蒜味！正！🔸口水三素素食人士留意呢！有時要食齋既時候係最小選擇咁，因為出面好多野食都會有埋肉，但食自選麵係最好，餸係自己簡，三哥仲出左口水三素🤤唔食肉既時候都有口水辣食，三素係豆卜、雲耳同冬菇，呢三個餸係吸曬口水汁🤤
