To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小人向來都以為奇華只是一家餅家，卻原來在餅店旁開有一家食店。這天的午餐，就在同事引領之下到了他的飯堂。本乾炒牛河控去到任何餐廳都最喜歡試它們的牛河。這碟牛河炒得有鑊氣，油份不算多，卻還是滑潤不乾。河粉條條分明，調味恰好。牛肉塊軟嫩，而爽口的芽菜及散發著清香的韮王亦配合得和諧。同事說這裡的燒味值得一試，所以要了切雞飯。雞肉果然細滑，雞皮緊致，而且雞味甚濃。蔥油不會過鹹，用來蘸點雞件更加惹味！飯的質數亦不差，夠熱帶飯香。這兒不難成為小人的新飯堂之一！
