To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Lunch time一直座無虛席既星月樓，見到佢有seafood loves sake個活動，一定要捧下場。清酒限定套餐菜式有鹽焗燒雞、蝦球、椒鹽活鮑魚，干煸野菌鮮斑腩，份量適合2-3人食。蝦球用左自家製鹹蛋黃包住炸成，鹹蛋黃味道真係無得頂，大人小朋友都好鍾意。平時食開蒸活鮑魚，呢到用左椒鹽煮法，都幾新穎同入味。清酒用左特撰黒松白鹿黒松純米もち四段仕込，呢款糯米釀造清酒飲落好細緻幼滑，帶左少少後勁味道，感覺豐富，同海鮮鮮味好夾。
