To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想飲茶🫖然後搵到觀塘有間幾新式既茶室,新式既原因係佢有d比較特式既點心。黎到龍點心,叫左佢既招牌菜,龍燒賣同龍餃子,每籠4件,4件都有唔同味道,餃子既皮好出色,唔係大厚但又幾煙韌,燒賣粒粒個餡都幾多料,兩籠裏面我都係最中龍食最傳統個款。厚切叉燒腸粉,皮都係好食,特別想講下佢既叉燒真係一大條,中意啖啖肉既一定要嗌。最後叫左個鳳爪排骨飯,份量超多,兩個人叫一份就夠,佢排骨都多,而且配埋甜豉油,兩三下就食哂。環境幾舒服,係觀塘地鐵站附近。而且茶叫左菊普,茶又夠熱,員工都即叫即幫到手,點心即叫即整但又唔會等好耐。
