今日信佛嘅媽媽想食齋,所以我就帶咗佢地一間觀塘幾出名嘅素食餐廳 - 尚素。我地一家四口點咗個價值$732嘅四人套餐。前菜1:春夏拼盤這個拼盤有四款素食,苦瓜,雲耳,淮山同埋素海哲。苦瓜口感很清新,甘得嚟唔會太苦,淮山雲耳同埋素海哲都爽口,食落"索索聲",且帶點麻辣。前菜2:柚子醬三色串燒串燒配上柚子醬,是甜甜酸酸的味道,食落非常開胃,冬菇又大大粒,裏面充滿汁液,一啖咬落去,濃濃嘅冬菇汁係口腔入面散開。湯品:黃耳冬瓜翡翠羹。黃耳爽口,湯裡還有一些冬瓜,入口帶甜,但略嫌羹太稠,亦都沒有加任何味精。榆耳珍寶荷葉飯(+$98)廚師將材料同飯先炒香,然後再用荷葉包裹去蒸打開塊葉,清香撲鼻而來,食落都有淡淡荷葉味。份量好大,4個人去食都食唔哂。吉列百靈菇扒呢道菜賣相最特別,百靈菇好成功咁扮成吉列豬排。外皮炸到金黃酥香,配上山葵沙津醬,味道非可口。而百靈菇亦都好有咬口,俾到你煥然一新嘅味道。
