To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小籠包
一路以為係招牌菜,應該稱得上好味,皮嘅厚度可以,夾晒4件都冇散,但湯汁唔算豐富,頂位嘅埋口位較厚身,麵粉未熟透,影響口感
當然價錢嚟講算平民又親民,但嚟到上海食店,期望比普通茶樓質素好少少好正常吧。

食物質素好壞參半,不過都係好評係因為服務令人滿意,點菜時有先問客人有冇優惠信用卡,走時亦有打招呼,縱然爆場,但都有不時添茶,上菜員都有戴口罩,係現今食肆炒散年代少有既,希望食肆係傳統食品上進步一下
