To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Happy Friday～ 去睇戲前食個飽飯先～ 之前都有食過依間上海野，今日發現轉左新餐牌，多左好多唔同嘅小炒，都幾多新野揀～藤椒豆干絲 $68前菜冷盤，豆干絲都幾清新，而藤椒有少少辣，又幾香～黑椒牛柳粒炒年糕 $128個牛柳粒都幾大粒，年糕又有咬口，好好食推介～爆炒蒜香萵筍絲 $78有驚喜！！！好夠鑊氣！！！同朋友爭住食！！！大推～江南風味炒飯 $108個炒飯好夠乾身同夠鑊氣～見個餐牌仲有好多新野，但今日得兩個人食唔到咁多，又怕太飽一陣睇戲會想瞓。。。下次再試下其他新菜先～
