今晚姑且跟雜誌走一走,走訪新蒲崗一小店。店內裝潢以美式平民路線為主。食物是老闆用心、誠意為客人烹調。熱騰騰的餐前麵包配無花果醋,濃郁甘筍南瓜湯、以香茅羅勒白酒煮蜆,清香味濃(*洗得非常乾淨)。主菜以牛干菌幼蛋麵、鮮雞肉叻沙幼蛋麵、特濃海膽蛋幼麵,食到濃濃的蛋香滑麵,所有麵條均為老闆每天親手打做。最後以牛奶布丁及港式奶茶結尾。九唔搭八的組合,但每道都是廚師的精心之選,絕無棄場,值得推崇!
