To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

百幾蚊就食到花膠喇～平時喺新蒲崗學野，上完堂都會揾食。平時食開西餐，想轉下口味食啲地道啲嘅，揀咗《竹面》呢間小店，花膠二人餐 $118▫️鮑汁冬菇花膠一份鮑汁濃郁，冬菇十分夠爽滑入味，厚實彈牙。花膠滑嫩好大塊，爽滑不易溶。▫️清湯牛腩飯湯底清甜，撈飯食一流。牛腩大大舊，軟腍無渣，份量仲好多。▫️鯪魚球 一份三件，炸起新鮮熱辣，外皮脆口，一咬多汁，魚油香溢。▫️奶卷我最鍾意食嘅炸奶卷！炸到卜卜脆，入面奶流心。奶香而唔膩，皮脆但係唔硬！▫️菜心叫咗經典腩汁，菜心爽口，清甜爽脆。▫️祛濕茶自家製，心思十足。
