To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食譚仔，掛住佢嘅皮蛋丫，去到發現原來加左新湯底，喜歡蕃茄嘅我緊係試，話係少少酸同辣度選擇，咁吸引，最後嗌左十小辣蕃茄湯。原本都覺得點解要加2蚊，其他湯底都係1蚊，但上碟就知原因同覺得俾多1蚊好抵，因為蕃茄湯底仲加左好多蕃茄，好似多樣送咁，好正。酸就吾覺得酸嘅，辣就我選十小辣就少少辣都好甲蕃茄味，我吾想食太辣因為生緊暗瘡，不過覺得再多辣d應該仲正。皮蛋一樣咁好食，廿蚊多就有一碟，個辣好香口惹味。我覺得如果成日食就有點厭，但格一段時間食就好好食。

原本都覺得點解要加2蚊，其他湯底都係1蚊，但上碟就知原因同覺得俾多1蚊好抵，因為蕃茄湯底仲加左好多蕃茄，好似多樣送咁，好正。

酸就吾覺得酸嘅，辣就我選十小辣就少少辣都好甲蕃茄味，我吾想食太辣因為生緊暗瘡，不過覺得再多辣d應該仲正。
