To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左班舊同事食飯，一共5個人，個個都偏食孩子，所以揀左呢間一定無錯既經典餐廳 - 江南，之前食過幾次，當時仲係叫翡翠拉麵小籠包，宜家裝修完感覺成間鋪頭upgrade左咁，menu都同舊鋪都靚左好多，多左好多款式，整體黎講都好食既，希望繼續keep到水準啦！今日係假日，所以我地都一早訂定枱，好彩有訂枱，我地7點去到見到好多人排隊。咁岩仲有蟹粉menu，即刻每人一盅蟹粉湯包，超juicy超好味！蟹黃愛好者必點！另一個我地一圍人都勁推薦既菜係：蝦頭油蝦仁帶子炒飯，勁級香口，我地直頭食完一碟再叫多一碟，個個表示唔夠喉！下次一定會再黎！
