To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 譚仔三哥新出咗個酸辣魚片米線當然要去試試佢叫咗個酸辣魚片米線加個口水雞翼凍檸茶外賣返屋企個湯嘅色水望落同普通譚仔湯底冇乜分別，試咗一啖，的確夠哂酸同辣以我平時食譚仔食十小辣，呢個湯真係比我預期中辣得多食咗四五啖開始已經feel到辣，要不停飲水嗰隻，食到中後期已經覺得有啲辛苦但就味道而言係唔差嘅，純粹係我廢，做唔到四川辣王，食得有啲吃力啫，平時唔太得辣嘅朋友可能要注一下所謂嘅鮮嫩魚片都係令我驚喜嘅地方，同出面食過嘅酸菜魚完全唔同喂，分明係脆肉鯇嚟喎，唔滑之餘仲有好多細骨，點樣同「鮮嫩」掛鈎呢？不過，望真啲譚仔又真係只係叫佢「酸辣魚片」，冇話過佢係酸菜魚，況且都真係有人會用脆肉鯇嚟整酸菜魚，你又真係吹佢唔漲架喎不過無論如何，佢價錢合理，味道都合格以上，純粹係辣咗小小同啲魚片同我預期有啲落差咁，整體嚟講都係值得推薦嘅！
