To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城嘅餐廳競爭好大，亦成日有新餐廳開張。呢日早咗收工，試試公司附近新開嘅冰室。同事推薦嘅餐廳，果然唔錯👍🏻。我叫咗一份常餐 （$48 連熱飲）🍜🍳🍞，包括有薑汁牛肉麵、西煎雙蛋、多士。由細到大喺冰室食嘅牛肉麵都係配沙嗲。薑汁版本唔止更香更健康，冬天食好暖胃。牛肉夠腍又有鮮味。西煎雙蛋雙邊熟，烘得香脆嘅多士點蛋汁好好味😋。整體來講呢個價錢都幾抵食，而且份量都夠飽，做正餐都好足夠。上網見到佢嘅海南雞飯好似唔錯，下次要推介下同事嚟食。
