知道尖沙咀最近新開咗間環境唔錯嘅日本居酒屋,上到嚟環境都幾舒服,店舖用上原木風,還原返日本居酒屋出嚟!明太子煎蛋卷,見到差唔多每枱客人都有點嘅菜式,份量幾足,裡面有滿滿嘅明太子,蛋香同明太子嘅鹹度真係絕配,仲有少少蘿蔔蓉添!特上刺身$680,有間八、鯛魚、牡丹蝦、沙甸魚、深海池魚同宮崎和牛、刺身新鮮厚身,由白身魚食到濃味更能食出每款刺身嘅層次,特別推介宮崎和牛,油脂較重!特製雜錦沙律,沙律菜配上燒魚乾,甜甜脆脆,仲有半隻流心蛋~豚軟骨蔥鹽汁燒,椰菜配上豚軟骨同洋蔥,豚軟骨嘅油份撈埋椰菜一齊食,罪惡感即刻減低!海膽汁燒蠔,用鐵板上,夠晒熱辣辣,所以唔會腥。明太子牛油燒飯糰,燒到外表微微香脆,食落有啲似飯焦,唔油膩~
