呢間都係近期元朗最新開嘅西餐廳,裝修偏向工業水泥風,設計左Open Kitchen形式,等顧客可以睇到入面烹調情況。順帶一提,幫襯時餐廳暫時未拎到酒牌,所有未有任何酒類出售,但店員講我地可以自己出去買酒,唔收開瓶費。當日待應有介紹廚師特別MENU,但我認為與其口講不如係餐廳掛塊Today’s Special黑板會比較好,更加一目了然,因為店員介紹完其實我轉頭都忘記左名同價錢。📍Crafted Fassone Beef Steak Tartare $152★★★★☆以元朗餐廳黎講屬於比較少有地有西式他他食。上枱後將他他混合生鵪鶉蛋、醬汁,放上呢到自家製多士一齊食,作為前菜係唔錯嘅選擇!肉質口感鮮嫩,食落去酸酸地,幾開胃。食他他最怕啲醬汁味道太搶,呢到唔會,但個他他牛味唔算特別出,有少少可惜。同埋他他份量都幾多,食到尾反而係多士唔夠多。📍Cheese Fries $48★★★☆☆作為一個芝士薯條佢唔太合格,芝士份量太少,大約大半嘅薯條都冇沾上芝士!但佢係新鮮炸起幾香脆,份量都唔算少,但如果我叫得芝士薯條期望芝士醬會多D,一係就額外有醬汁碟俾人點。另外如果餐牌有POUTINE就更好,會更加特

以元朗餐廳黎講屬於比較少有地有西式他他食。上枱後將他他混合生鵪鶉蛋、醬汁,放上呢到自家製多士一齊食,作為前菜係唔錯嘅選擇!肉質口感鮮嫩,食落去酸酸地,幾開胃。食他他最怕啲醬汁味道太搶,呢到唔會,但個他他牛味唔算特別出,有少少可惜。同埋他他份量都幾多,食到尾反而係多士唔夠多。

除左一隻大虎蝦,成碗麵都仲有好多蝦肉,新鮮爽脆,唔會霉。因為係手工製寛意大利麵,食落好有口感,有咬口之餘,加埋佢用左牛油果製成嘅醬汁,唔會膩而且好細滑,食落幾特別同清新,每一條意粉同好均勻沾上醬汁,好濃郁。因為佢係用墨汁整個意粉而唔係作為意粉個醬汁,所以係唔會食到成咀黑哂!整體個意粉幾驚喜,成個配搭幾夾。

🌟總括:環境闊落舒適,係同朋友傾計嘅好地方,希望下次去可以有得試埋佢地嘅Cocktail!食物質素整體都好唔錯,食材新鮮,食得出用心製作,餐牌都係元朗西餐廳黎講少見,價錢唔算貴,值得一試!
