To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話搬咗舖新開張嘅加太賀，無論環境定食物質素都比以前好咗好多，有見及此，即管過嚟試吓睇吓改善咗幾多 🙈 今日一行十幾人，去咗旁邊嘅房間，入面環境乾淨企理，燈光昏暗，加上周圍嘅裝飾擺設，都好有日本居酒屋嘅感覺！師傅間唔中會過嚟同我哋吹下水，而且職員都好友善~~拎咗支十四 極上諸白嚟飲，一開瓶已經好快俾大家飲晒 🤣😋 拖羅 ~ 佈滿魚油花紋，入口即溶，好有油香味，令人回味無窮！😋 海膽 ~ 有淡淡嘅海水鮮味，肉身肥厚，味道清甜，又係有少少入口即溶嘅感覺！😋 深海池魚 ~ 一放入口完全感受到魚油嘅甘香，油脂厚，肉質鮮嫩爽口，越食越滋味！😋 花之戀 ~ 作爲花之戀嘅始祖梗係必食啦 🤣🤣 三文魚夠晒肥美，簡直係啖啖肉！
