To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

翡翠江南 📍紅磡紅磡黃埔天地享膳坊(第4期)地下G3A及3B號舖難得夾到時間食飯，我fd話佢請，要好好多謝我之前幫左佢咁話🙈。佢帶左我去食米芝蓮一星、必比登美食推介既餐廳。第一次食江南菜，感覺幾新鮮🤭我fd太好客，叫到成枱都係食物，好豐富😂🥢雞絲粉皮 $68拌勻粉皮、花生醬、青瓜絲、雞絲一齊食，味道香濃🦐錦鹵蝦雲吞（5隻）$48👍🏻脆卜卜既炸雲吞，點少少醋汁，酸酸甜甜唔會膩，加埋蝦肉更富口感，唔錯😋爆炒蒜香萵筍絲 $78萵筍爽脆，幾香蒜味烤蒜薄荷雞 $88👍🏻顏色鮮豔，賣相吸引，雞肉食落好香蒜味，薄荷葉炸到好似紫菜咁脆，配埋雞肉一齊食，味道估唔到咁咸香惹味😯江南鮮魚湯泡飯 $128熱辣辣一大鍋泡飯，有好多菜同菇，仲有大大塊魚肉，湯頭鮮甜，有菜又有肉，簡單好味又健康😋冰糖桂花糕（5件）$38甜品係另一個胃🤭淡淡桂花香，清甜爽口豆漿(熱）$23-檸檬薏米水（凍）$25味道清新唔太甜，仲可以美白去濕🤭-茶位 $10/位餐前小菜（每枱1-2人）$8/份-整體食物質素唔錯，環境寬闊舒適，職員服務態度主動有禮，會簡單介紹菜式，注重健康既朋友仔，外出食飯又多個選擇喇😉
