To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是咁的,今日有野做要落小西灣,見到有間新開張既意蠔屋,之前係北角已經試過食一次下午茶都覺得ok,點知中左伏我地入到個鋪超級細,加埋得果7張枱,坐既時候好迫,都算啦,地下仲要有灘水但係都沒人清潔。我地叫左蕃茄牛柳天使面同芝士焗海鮮飯首先叫左兩碗白湯,老老實實唔差不過都係味精開出黎。不過之後主菜先伏,果個天使面唔知系咪落左辣椒油,完全食唔到蕃茄汁果味之後果焗飯簡直劣食,第一d飯都唔熱,完全唔似有焗過,之後入面d料先大獲,入面隻蝦有殼都算啦,唔知點解隻蝦係預先炸過,個皮仲要有陣味,極度反胃。我地叫左杯凍檸茶同熱咖啡,我個人覺得杯咖啡係最正路,唔知係咪咖啡機開出黎,埋單仲要收加一,唉食完拿拿臨走算
