係尖沙咀行街搵食時發現冰室排滿遊客,而呢一間門口好日本既舖頭好似好神秘咁,原來係食壽喜燒,因為岩岩新開試業中,所以難得lunch hour直入唔洗排。鋪頭細細,有對住師傅既高檯位同卡位,今日仲有日本師傅助陣。午市套餐除左和牛之外,仲有四元豚四元豚因為肥瘦分佈均勻,比起其他產地的豬肉肉質更加柔軟由大廚席前烹煮,聞到壽喜燒果陣香味已經流口水有四款醬料:黑松露、柚子、wasabi同辣椒,紫菜可以用黎包飯set lunch包括冷盤前菜、明太子茶碗蒸、野菜、白飯、漬物同甜品,好豐富又夠飽肚熱焫焫的茶碗蒸達到高湯與雞蛋的黃金比例,吃起來保有鮮甜度與軟嫩的口感,加埋辣辣地既明太子,鮮度更上一層樓呢度係關西風格壽喜燒,用乾鍋煎煮食材,再加入壽喜燒醬汁和蛋液,肉同菜輪流奉上四元豚足足有六片之多,包滿醬汁嘅豚肉再蘸點日本蛋,大滿足!壽喜燒醬汁增加整道菜既甜味,唔會感到太油膩,亦都無豬肉常見既騷味
