To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然只是平凡不過的大家樂~但卻成為了這附近四五個屋苑居民的熱話~皆因這個商場除了屹立多年的大快活之外~曾經是屯門區最最最大型的美食廣場又或是同址的美心快餐都相繼結業~~~即使近日街市有小型food court開張也帶不起話題~~~有人認為~~~終於有間見得人ge連鎖店開幕了!~!而小比還是個句~~領匯為了連鎖集團有助鞏固自已的地位~就把傳統的茶餐廳逼到氣咳要結業~個人對此非常不滿大家樂~又如何??這分店近2日新開張~幾乎無時無刻都要等位~~~都唔知幾多年無試過食飯要等位了~~~只因大家都趕來新c坑一番~餐牌設於店外~收銀正正對著正門~所以門口這個位經常都顯得有點水泄不通~看menu和排隊買野ge人都擠在一起~~1點多~選擇已經不多了~~看了又看~見店員將焗豬飯的牌再放出來~就拍版了坐下來等號碼牌顯示~~是新店還是人流真的太多?這個過程有點漫長~~約10min~~相繼出菜~~先有一哥焗豬扒飯~~~大比是個焗豬痴~三間連鎖店~還是最愛大快活出品~~大家樂的豬扒是面積小但厚切~吃起來丁點不實不'鞋'~而配料的鮮茄洋蔥青豆毫不吝嗇~~~洋蔥還處於非常刺激的狀態~絕對是新鮮切起的~茄汁嚐起來較平

坐下來等號碼牌顯示~~是新店還是人流真的太多?這個過程有點漫長
~~約10min~~相繼出菜~~先有一哥焗豬扒飯~~~大比是個焗豬痴~三間連鎖店~還是最愛大快活[堂食瓦碟]出品~~大家樂的豬扒是面積小但厚切~吃起來丁點不實不'鞋'~而配料的鮮茄洋蔥青豆毫不吝嗇~~~洋蔥還處於非常刺激的狀態~絕對是新鮮切起的~茄汁嚐起來較平常來得甜~但因糖度高~~所以焗後就焦脆位特別多~~近邊位的飯都變成飯焦
~~這個焗豬~與其他分店相比~是水準以上

三少之選的煎龍柳飯等得最耐~~也發了點插曲~就是餐牌上沒有標明甚麼醬汁~~~入單時卻default為黑椒汁
~~立刻走到櫃面了解了解~原來這個飯被列入雜扒飯類~只能選洋蔥/黑椒~~~兩者皆與龍柳不配~只想吃粟米汁~~最後要了洋蔥汁另上~~~反正小比也用不上
~~~但面前的魚柳是真正做到三少~~~棄用鹽而改以香草醃~~~用蛋漿方法煎成卻丁點不油不膩~~而且蛋皮下的魚肉異常嫩滑也非常Juicy~份量也不少~除了格格不入被小比遺棄的醬汁~整體是高度評價


就算是醇香排骨菜飯~也非常肉厚骨少而且淋身有序~並不會死扯不開~即叫即炸新鮮熱辣~菜飯可能因為流量多~不停mix~不少新鮮翠綠的菜粒~同上的涼拌小碟為榨菜拌青瓜~~
怪怪的組合~哈哈~雖然汁料調配得宜~卻始終覺得不太相配~~連同加$6的上湯娃娃菜~這餐吃得豐富卻balance~因為$6的份量也不少~而且上湯的味盡被娃娃菜吸收~好過平時另外2間只有生菜的選擇~~~


吃了半句鐘~差不多又到下午茶時間~~等位的人潮依舊不絕~~而自已也成了被等的目標
~~真係好耐無試過有呢種被等的不安感~~~但這裡的食物直到這刻還是做得above average的~大概是因為開張頭2日的關係~高層和有經驗的店員通常都會調來監控一切確保順利~~希望這個水準可以長keep落去


最後一提的是~~小比在膠袋中取出未用的餐具把玩時~~發覺刀柄的食物漬情況非常嚴重
~是整餐飯的重大缺陷~~洗的有責任~但小比覺得這個case~入餐具的更有責任~~希望加以改善
