心血來潮想食潮頭出名嘅鮮牛肉火鍋,初時仲諗住要返深圳先食到,好彩上網見到原來旺角開左間新嘅潮汕火鍋店,近近地一於試下。一坐低,店員就送上醬油同調味料,醬料好豐富,有沙茶醬、辣椒油、生蒜、炸蒜、辣椒粒、芹菜粒、芫荽、蔥粒、豉油同炸蒜油。醬料($15/位)炸蝦餅 ($38/4塊)太肚餓,所以直接就叫左份蝦餅小食。蝦餅做到外脆內軟,外皮炸到金黃香脆,入面嘅蝦肉仲保持爽滑彈牙。鴛鴦鍋 ($88)今次揀左蕃茄栗米豬骨湯底清一清熱氣。另外食得潮州野,緊係要試埋佢個滷水,所以叫左澄海滷水湯底。雪花牛頸脊 ($228)牛頸脊好新鮮,肉質嫩滑。牛肉一塊塊痴晒係個圓碟上面。唔係新鮮手切牛肉一定做唔到呢個效果。豬肉芹菜餃 ($33/4隻)餃子皮好煙韌,豬肉同芹菜都好新鮮。獅頭鵝肉丸 ($33/4粒)鵝肉丸真係第一次食。估唔到鵝肉丸係咁爽口同咁多汁。魚帛 ($33)潮州特式食品,用魚漿整成,好特別。娃娃菜($23)
