To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友係土瓜灣食飯，我唔想食咁飽因為約咗人食宵夜甜品，朋友就提議話去食素，呢間新開佢都冇試過～我地兩個人叫左一客竹笙三絲魚翅盅，乾燒四季豆，宮保雞丁，同一個糙米飯野食上得好快可能因為客人少個魚翅盅味道， 材料份量同質地都岩岩好，唔錯👍乾燒四季豆一啲都唔乾，好濕，四季豆應該烚過黎，所以勁淋，雖然味道ok但係完全唔係嗰回事，失望。。。。😥宮保雞丁咁岩今日特價，辣辣地，味道唔錯，送飯很好糙米飯感覺健康啲，唔會煲得太乾味道真係一般， 餐牌選擇唔多，不過服務態度幾好既， 但係我諗唔會有下次了
