To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚發現咗呢間新開張冇耐隱蔽嘅餃子小店，深水埗真係出名多平民美食而呢間小店都唔例外。餐廳座位唔多，如果食飯時候有機會要等位。老闆娘都好好人，喺度推介我哋要試佢哋嘅煎餃同湯餃。鴛鴦煎餃子(韭菜豬肉/椰菜豬肉) $59 12粒雙拼淨湯鴛鴦餃子(韭菜豬肉/椰菜豬肉 $40 10粒雙拼餃子皮薄餡靚，大大粒，好飽滿，椰菜餃入口爽甜，豬肉比例均衡，而韭菜餃加咗爽脆嘅馬蹄，夠曬有口感！煎餃皮外脆內軟，再加埋自家製辣菜普，十分惹味！三溝的魚肉生菜碗仔翅 $25好耐無食過呢d懷舊地道小食，足料又價錢抵食，手打魚肉份量都唔少，而且非常彈牙好味！巴斯克芝士蛋糕 $25小店入面有高質抵食甜品，呢款蛋糕好出名，出面cafe 賣成$50-60 一件，呢度只係一半價錢。芝士味道夠香濃帶有少許焦香。

淨湯鴛鴦餃子(韭菜豬肉/椰菜豬肉 $40 10粒雙拼
餃子皮薄餡靚，大大粒，好飽滿，椰菜餃入口爽甜，豬肉比例均衡，而韭菜餃加咗爽脆嘅馬蹄，夠曬有口感！煎餃皮外脆內軟，再加埋自家製辣菜普，十分惹味！
