今日同朋友黎左呢間位於告士打道既餐廳食野,餐廳附近人流較疏落,環境較靜,放假黎到同朋友傾計就好舒服。餐廳門口有吧台,天氣好既時候可以黎飲兩杯,吹下水。我地首先叫既係前菜Smoked Duck Ham ($88)。將風乾既鴨肉火腿配上小片餅乾,鴨肉火腿油香適中,味道不俗。之後係Prawn Spring Roll ($98), 春捲上枱時熱辣辣,外皮香脆,餡料有粒粒既蝦,d蝦亦新鮮彈牙,口感非常好,配上芥末醬,非常可口,值得推介。仲有香煎蝦籽日本帶子($148),帶子係採用原隻日本帶子,帶子上鋪滿蝦籽,食落口帶子煎至剛熟,外硬內軟,亦有鮮味,配上蝦籽,增添多一層口感。主菜有煙三文魚意大利粉($158),意粉非常creamy,充滿芝士及奶油味, 意粉亦選得有誠意,粉身較硬身,好有口感。另外仲有黑松露野菌意大利飯配烤燒菇($178), 意大利飯係用傳統煮法,煮得較硬身,食到粒粒既意大利飯,充滿黑松露味。烤菇就係茶樹菇,好大舊, 菇身軟硬適中,亦留有水分,唔會太乾,份量尚可。最後甜品係鋪頭新出既楊枝金露燉蛋,燉蛋係凍既,d蛋帶有楊枝金露味,味道特別。
