To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這兒的前菜精緻多變,泡菜口味正宗,以完整的一棵大白菜奉客,爽脆之餘,酸辣度也足,忍不住追加一份。醬醃魷魚絲一直是我的最愛,韓國小店賣得很貴,這兒任吃也就不客氣了! 蜜糖蕃薯是甜味的前菜,蕃薯甜糯,很不錯呢!蔬菜蛋餅即是擱涼了也不減其濃厚的蛋香。煎菜餅也是難得一見的,韓食店總是要客人點一大盤,這兒卻成了前菜,真好! 煎香了的菜餅煙靱香口,還真想多來一份,其他的前菜如大豆芽菠菜、蒜芯蝦乾、辣醬西蘭花魷魚等較為平凡,即使食味不俗也被比下去了。

這時侍應主動前來烤肉,熟練地把牛肋骨展開,看份量真不少
侍應代烤雖好,但就不能邊烤邊吃,要趕快吃完才不致令肉放涼影響口感。

再嘗那蟹身,一口咬下,
晶瑩剔透的蟹肉便滑進口腔內,口感像果凍般軟滑
醬油的味道想不到是挺溫和的,不會死辣或是太嗆喉,
淡淡的醬油香帶麻油和生蒜的香氣,伴隨蟹肉入口即化。
這是我首次嚐到真正的醬油蟹,感覺實在滋味,很快便放下吃生蟹的心理障礙了。

隨蟹奉上一份紫菜珍珠米飯,
舀一匙紫菜米飯拌入蟹蓋中,讓橙黃色的蟹羔和醃蟹醬油包裹着米飯。
那蟹羔入口即化,口感黏膩纏綿,小小的一碗米飯實在不夠二人分吃呢!
友人對此讚口不絕,吃過不少醬油蟹的她,說這兒的醬蟹算是十分正宗呢!

想不到份量真不少,海鮮堆得滿滿一窩,
用的是很傳統的韓式扁平湯窩,視覺上更見震撼
當中有本地蟹、大蝦、八爪魚、青口、大蜆,和不少野菜。

大蜆十分新鮮爽彈鮮甜,八爪魚也鮮美,那本地蟹肉質爽甜,但欠缺蟹羔。
較為可惜的是用上冰鮮貨色的大蝦和青口,無論味道及口感都只屬一般,因而也沒有吃完。
反而是那些野菜吸了辛辣的湯汁後十分美味,因此吃了不少豆腐、大白菜、豆芽和金菇。
這一道份量實在太多,雖然賣相吸引,食味中規中矩,但驚喜不大。

這頓傳統韓餐一點也不便宜
但難得一嘗市面難求的醬油蟹,想不到是美味如此呢。
在炎夏吃生蟹無疑是玩命之舉,卻難得肚子並沒作怪,也算是萬幸了
