最近「韓印紅」旗下係尖沙咀開左第1間韓國餐廳,入到去餐廳,環境好大! 座位都幾多! 食物選擇都多,店員推介左佢地新推出既石板海鮮炸醬面,平時食普通既炸醬面係就咁用碗上,鐵板未試過,所以叫左黎試試佢。上到台keep住咋咋聲,熱辣辣,海鮮有蝦,魷魚,等等,面條已經一早撈好左,吸曬炸醬。食到尾都keep住暖暖地! 整體感覺有D似 炸醬面同짬뽕既合體咁! 糖醋肉去親韓國食炸醬面都一定會叫埋糖醋肉,呢到味道十分正宗,唔知關唔關連D員工都係韓國人事呢? 糖醋肉外皮脆脆,中間帶少少煙韌 。呢到係淋左汁上去,食落比較方便,醬汁酸酸甜甜,個汁唔會過份地多,所以淋左上去都唔會影響炸肉鬆脆既口感。海鮮蔥餅超級足料既蔥餅,配埋個汁,好開胃。原來呢到既小菜可以免費加架,個人推薦泡菜同埋薯仔絲! 食飯途中咁岩遇到有食客生日,呢到D員工好熱情咁唱生日歌,播曬音樂,好好氣氛!
