Restaurant: Concept Big Grains
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不知大家覺不覺得新鮮出爐的美食特別有吸引力!? 😇剛好有天路過 Big Grains 品穀 碰巧就遇上布甸撻的出爐時間。每天只有兩個出爐時間(星期日除外)，差不多到時間就看到店員在幫布甸撻脫模，之後便看到有一條隊伍在準備付錢囉！🍮布甸撻 ($22) 買兩個也有盒子裝著。外層是鬆脆、很香牛油味的撻皮，不會太厚或是太薄。內餡的布甸餡十分香滑濃厚，吃得出材料的份量很足。如果剛好遇上出爐時間，不妨買一個吃吃看吧！
