又再掛住日本旅行既美好時光,於是走去食個日本野先坐bar枱,可以望住師傅整野食真係有feel好多先來一支清酒味道清甜,帶點米味,好易入口,原來酒精濃度都有16%但飲落又唔覺!好正原來而家10點後酒精買1送1,幾抵咼!朋友係愛酒之人,除左飲清酒,仲揀左其他呢啲都係靚野,不過佢就心儀呢支銀河鐵道支酒用左10年時間釀製,然後呢支再放多10年,好易入口,味道夠哂清涼香煎蒜片厚切牛舌其實我唔食牛舌架,因為牛舌感覺好鞋,又羶,呢個部位又有啲核突不過呢度完全令我對牛舌既感覺改觀初初以為係牛柳粒,因為一啲都唔鞋口,肉質鮮嫩,又唔羶加埋啲蒜片又香口,好似一口和牛粒咁,結果原來係牛舌,真係好驚喜!特製黑松露炙燒平目魚邊沙律平目魚即係比目魚,平時食開係超市買個啲,除非煎,否則肉質比較鬆散但呢度既肉質較實,冇咁易爛不過黑松露味道有啲濃,雖然好香,但好似蓋過哂其他食物既味道刺身盛盒刺身有6款,分別係三文魚,吞拿魚,赤貝,帆立貝,油甘魚,拖羅整體刺身係超厚切同超新鮮油甘魚,赤貝味道較淡,所以先食,食落爽口帆立貝真係好大隻!!!!!超厚肉,魚甜而肥美三文魚同吞拿魚亦好厚切,又晶瑩剔透,帶點油脂而拖羅就係超級肥美,充

初初以為係牛柳粒,因為一啲都唔鞋口,肉質鮮嫩,又唔羶
加埋啲蒜片又香口,好似一口和牛粒咁,結果原來係牛舌,真係好驚喜!

味噌蟹甲羅燒 蟹蓋裝住蟹膏和蟹肉,再放上個爐度燒
燒到一半時會放隻蛋入去,到燒完之後再放麵包糠上面
蟹膏本身係重味,再加超新鮮,加埋蛋香令蟹膏更加細滑
而麵包糠則令口感更脆口!好正呀
